HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

After reading how to initiate a return below, please visit the Return a Rug Page. Have your order number (invoice number) available along with the email used for the account.

ITEMS ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN MUST BE

  • requested for approval by a member of the FRC Support Team within 30 days of receiving the product 
  • rewrapped in the original packaging or similar replacement protective packaging for the trip back to us
  • unaltered, undamaged, in the same new condition it was shipped
Once a return a rug request is received, a member of our Customer Support team will:
  1. review the details of the request within 24/48 hours
  2. contact you through email or phone with conformation of your return order request 
  3. email or mail instructions with return labels
  4. email you a PDF attachment with your return shipping label. You will need to print and affix to the return packaging
  5. request that you drop the package at your nearest UPS store. For a small additional fee from UPS, you can call UPS directly and request a pick-up a pickup time and location from your associated return pickup address.

In most cases, Fine Rug Collection will pay for the return shipping cost for all Fine Rugs purchased directly from our website or over the phone with a FRC Design Team Member.

Customers are responsible for all or a portion of the return fees when:

  • a rug is returned damaged, soiled, or without protective packaging
  • variations or multiple similar size rugs are purchased with the intent to provide optimal choices instead all rugs are returned
  • multiple returns are requested over a 90-day period      

DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS
